Sportiefs Matcha is a lifestyle-focused matcha brand centered around performance, intentional living, and community. We are expanding our retail footprint and are looking for an experienced sales professional who can help bring Sportiefs Matcha into the right retail environments. This is not an entry-level sales, lead-generation, or cold outreach position. We are specifically looking for candidates with demonstrated CPG retail placement experience and existing relationships with retail buyers, category managers, distributors, or decision-makers. You should already understand how CPG retail sales works. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate: Strong preference will be given to candidates who can provide specific examples of brands they have successfully placed and retailers/buyers they currently have relationships with.

Sportiefs Matcha | Remote / U.S. Sportiefs Matcha is seeking an experienced Director of Brand Partnerships & Experiences to identify, develop, and secure revenue-generating partnerships, events, and brand activations. This role is designed for a relationship-driven sales professional with experience securing corporate events, wellness activations, hospitality partnerships, experiential marketing opportunities, sponsorships, or other paid brand engagements. We are specifically looking for someone who understands how to identify qualified opportunities, reach the appropriate decision-makers, develop partnership concepts, present proposals, and move opportunities from initial conversation through signed agreement and payment. We're looking for someone who can build relationships beyond one-time activations and identify opportunities that can develop into recurring partnerships, seasonal programming, corporate accounts, and long-term brand relationships. Project Type: Freelance / ContractCompensation: Fixed project fee — not hourly As we prepare for several upcoming product drops and expand our physical brand presence, we are looking for an experienced Brand & Packaging Designer to develop a cohesive packaging and physical touchpoint system across the Sportiefs world. Our core brand identity and direction already exist. This is not a logo or full rebranding project. We are looking for someone who can take our existing identity and translate it into an elevated, recognizable physical brand experience across packaging, retail, café, wellness, e-commerce, and accessories. The selected designer will help develop the visual and packaging system for: Packaging concepts for products such as: We are looking for more than mockups. Final deliverables should include: We would love to work with a designer who has experience in premium CPG, beauty, fashion, food & beverage, hospitality, or lifestyle branding. Your portfolio should demonstrate strong typography, packaging design, attention to detail, and the ability to create a cohesive brand world across very different physical products. Experience preparing artwork for actual manufacturing and printing is very important. We are particularly interested in designers whose work feels elevated, editorial, intentional, and timeless rather than overly trendy or template-driven. This will be a one-time, fixed-price project rather than hourly work. We are open to discussing the final project fee based on experience, portfolio, scope, and proposed deliverables. The project will be divided into milestones, with final payment upon delivery of all approved production-ready and editable source files. Please include the number of revision rounds included in your proposal. Please do not submit an hourly rate. We are specifically looking for a designer or small studio that can quote and complete the project on a fixed-fee basis.
