All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Sportiefs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.

Address Changes & Cancellations


Address changes must be requested before the order ships


Once an order has shipped, addresses cannot be changed


Cancellations are only available if the order has not yet been processed

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Food & Beverage Products

Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, all food and beverage products are final sale.

This includes, but is not limited to:


Matcha
Drinks
Edible or consumable items


No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for food and beverage products.

If a food or beverage item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review the issue.

Clothing & Apparel

We accept returns on unworn, unused clothing items in their original condition and packaging.

Conditions:


Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of damage


Sale or discounted items are final sale

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Beauty & Personal Care Products

For hygiene and safety reasons:


Opened or used beauty products are not eligible for return


Unopened beauty products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval
